The hubby has been out of town for most of this week, and I think three days of solo parenting calls for a drink, don’t you?
I love blood orange season, and I love blood orange most of all in cocktails, so — with my newfound love of gin, too — this was a perfect fit. Thanks again to Putney Farm for the delicious inspiration. Cheers!
- 2 oz gin*
- ½ oz Grand Marnier (or Cointreau)
- ½ oz fresh blood orange juice
- ½ oz fresh lemon juice
- Combine ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Enjoy!
