Recipe type: Cocktail
- 1½ oz cognac (or brandy)
- ¾ oz Grand Marnier
- ¾ freshly squeezed lemon juice
- superfine sugar, for rimming
- lemon twist, for garnish
- Combine the cognac, Grand Marnier and lemon juice in a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake until cold and strain into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
